Note: the front wheel body on 2001-2004 GSX-R1000 requires additional post-anodizing machining before assembly — please allow 3-5 extra business days for this step. This model may also require Suzuki OEM rotor bolts (part number 09106-08160), since some factory-installed bolts from this era have an extra-long shoulder and thread that can interfere with fitment.

The Apex-6 is a fully monolithic, hollow-hub forged wheel — CAD-designed and forged specifically for this model (not a generic forged blank), then heat treated, turned, machined, anodized, and assembled entirely in the USA. Designed to cut unsprung and rotational weight for sharper suspension response, lighter handling, and shorter braking distances.

Note: anodized color shades can vary slightly from batch to batch. Wheel sets are paired as front/rear in the anodizing process, so any shade difference between the two is minimal and typically undetectable once mounted.
